Mon, May 12, 2025 No Event(s) Scheduled For Selected Date Gymnasts Fall To La Crosse Posted: Friday, February 11, 2005 EAU CLAIRE - The UW-Eau Claire gymnastics team fell to four-time defending national champion UW-La Crosse 181.775-179.725 here tonight at the McPhee Phy. Ed. Center. Alison Eagles (Sr.-Shoreview, MN/Mounds View) took first in the vault with a 9.500. Eagles added third place finishes in both the floor exercise and all-around competitions. Lynn Morris (Jr.-Monticello, IN/Twin Lakes) took first overall on the balance beam with a season-best 9.450. Morris added the top Blugold score on the uneven bars with a 9.250, good for third place. The Blugolds fall to 7-6 overall on the year and 1-1 in dual meets. Eau Claire will be in action next when they travel to Winona, Minn. to take on the Warriors.
