Race Info: Women's 6K race - 4:00 PM, Men's 8K race - 5:00 PM

Entries/Fees: The entry fee is $150 per team per gender ($300 for combined Women's and Men's program, $10 per unattached - unattached entrants check in at meet information table to pay fee and receive chip, Alumni are free). Entries will be done online at www.pttiming.com. Entries will close at 9 pm on Wednesday, September 30th.

Course: Whitetail Golf Course, which is comprised of gradual rolling hills and good footing on grass throughout. Site of 2004 NCAA Division III Cross Country Championship. The course will be single lined and flagged throughout. Each 1600 will be marked (1600, 3200, 4800, 6400).

Parking: Teams can park in the golf course club house area. Additional spectator parking is available at the Whitetail Golf Course driving range for a fee.

Starting Procedure for Each Race: 30-20-10-5-1 minutes prior, the announcer will state minutes to race time. 10 minutes prior start area is cleared out and all athletes are to report to the line.

Results: Copies of results will be provided to head coaches after the completion of the women's and men's race. Results will be available at www.uwecblugolds.com and www.pttiming.com.

Trainers: The UW-Eau Claire training staff will be at the course beginning at 2:30 pm.

Chip Timing: Chip timing will be used. Please return your chips in the provided bag within 30 minutes after the race. When athletes finish the race, instruct them to run through the finish line and keep moving through the chute to prevent any backups at the finish line.

Awards: The top 25 collegiate athletes will receive a t-shirt. The winning team will receive a team plaque.

Showers: Showers are available at the UWEC McPhee Athletic Building.
