All-Around: Kristi Olson, Senior, Minnetonka, Minn.
This weekend the Blugolds took second at the UW-La Crosse Triangular, scoring their second best point-total of the season, a 176.325. Olson had one of the best performances of the season this weekend. She recorded season-best performances on the bars and vault, and also had one of her best performance of the season on the floor. She also took third in the all-around with a score of 35.450.

Specialist: Angie Cich, Senior, Plymouth, Minn./Armstrong
In the Blugolds final home meet of the season against UW-Whitewater on Friday, Cich performed very consistently throughout the meet and nailed all three of her events. On the vault, Cich placed eighth overall with an 8.825. She also took seventh on the balance beam with a season-high score of 8.600. Her highest finish of the night came on the floor exercise, finishing fifth place overall with an 8.850.
All-Around: Anna Sutherland, Junior, Arden Hills, Minn./Roseville
While the Blugolds fell to Whitewater this weekend, Sutherland competed well and picked up a second place finish in the all-around and floor exercise. On her way to the second place finish on the floor, Sutherland scored a season-high 9.100. She also took sixth on the balance beam with a 8.650, fifth on the uneven bars with a 8.575 and 10th in the vault with a 8.500.

All-Around: Kerri Ritsche, Freshman, South Range, Wis./Superior
Ritsche helped the Blugolds to a second place finish out of three teams at the UW-Stout Triangular this weekend, taking sixth place in the all-around with a score of 35.050. Ritsche had career-high scores on the beam, vault and floor exercise. She finished tied for seventh on the floor with an 8.975, tied for eighth on the beam with an 8.750, eighth on the vault with a 9.225 and tied for 13th on the uneven bars with a score of 8.100.

Specialist: Brittany Adams, Senior, Maple Grove, Minn.
Adams had a good week for the Blugolds in one meet against Winona State University, taking second on the uneven bars and seventh on the balance beam. Adams' score of 9.000 on the bars is the highest score of the season for the Blugolds and the sixth highest score of her career. Her score of 8.850 on the balance beam is also the third highest score for her of the season.

All-Around: Kristi Olson, Senior, Minnetonka, Minn.
While the Blugolds came up short against Gustavus Adolphus and Winona State on Thursday, Kristi Olson, who is playing in her first full meet in two weeks because of an injury, took home honors in the all-around competition. On the vault, Olson scored a 9.050, which tied for ninth place, and finished fourth on the uneven bars with a score of 8.925. She also tied for sixth on the balance beam behind an 8.800 performance and scored an 8.725 on the floor exercise for an eighth place finish. Her total score of 35.500 allowed her to take first place in the all-around.

Specialist: Lauren Strecker, Freshman, Little Canada, Minn./Roseville
Traveling to Menomonie Friday for the John Zuerlein Invite, Eau Claire took fourth of four teams, finishing just behind Hamline University, who placed fifth at nationals last season, by a score of 172.950-172.875. Strecker played well for the Blugolds on the uneven bars and the floor exercise. On the floor exercise, Strecker was the highest finisher with the Blugolds with a score of 8.875, tied for ninth place. She also finished 10th on the uneven bars with a score of 8.700.

Specialist: Kristi Olson, Senior, Minnetonka, Minn.
Participating in the team's most competitive meet this season with three Division I schools, Olson placed 13th on the balance beam with a score of 9.3. She also scored a 9.175 on the vault and an 8.60 on the uneven parallel bars. The meet was won by UCLA with host Cal State-Fullerton second and Brown University third.

All-Around: Samantha Howard, Sophomore, St. Paul, Minn./Henry Sibley
Hosting the UW-Eau Claire Invite this Friday, Eau Claire took third place out of four teams. The meet featured three of last year's best teams in the NCGA, including defending national champion Oshkosh, third place finisher La Crosse and fifth place finisher Hamline. Howard competed well for the Blugolds, taking 12th in the all-around, 11th on the floor exercise, sixth on the uneven bars and 14th on the vault. Howard's finishes were very good considering she is coming off an ACL injury that she suffered in the opening meet last season. She was able to nail all three events she competed in Friday, making it a big victory for her both physically and mentally.
