Olson played well this week as the Blugolds beat the College of St. Scholastica (Minn.) 8-1. He dropped just one game at No. 2 singles, winning 6-0, 6-1. He and partner Chris Kuna also won 8-0 in the No. 1 doubles spot.

Eric Wollum, Senior, Eau Claire, Wis./Memorial & Dirk Van Rybroek, Junior, Madison, Wis./Edgewood
With the Blugolds going 2-1 this weekend, Wollum and Van Rybroek were undefeated in the No. 2 doubles spot in three matches. The pair won with scores of 8-3 (over La Crosse), 8-3 (over Oshkosh) and 8-6 (over Whitewater). Wollum also was undefeated at No. 3 singles, winning with scores of 7-6, 6-3 (over La Crosse), 6-0, 6-0 (over Oshkosh) and 7-5, 6-2 (over Whitewater).

Robertson won two No. 5 singles matches this weekend to help the Blugolds to two 6-3 wins in Illinois. Against his North Central College opponent, he picked up a 6-2, 6-3 victory and followed it with a 6-1, 6-3 win facing his Augustana College opponent.

Eric Wollum, Senior, Eau Claire, Wis./Memorial
Wollum went 4-1 in both singles and doubles play this week on the Blugolds' spring break trip to South Carolina. Playing the No. 3 singles spot all week, he dropped his first match of the week but won his next four. In two of his matches, one on March 21 and the other on March 24, he picked up 6-0, 6-0 victories. Playing at No. 2 doubles, Wollum won his first four matches but dropped the final one of the week. He had an 8-0 win on March 22. As a team, the Blugolds were 4-1 on the week.

Chris Kuna, Junior, Edina, Minn.
Kuna went undefeated this weekend as he won two No. 1 singles matches and three No. 1 doubles matches. As a team, the Blugolds also won all three matches. Facing the University of Dubuque (Iowa) on Friday, Kuna played a close match against Nick Garcia, who is ranked second regionally, but came back to win at No. 1 singles 2-6, 6-2, 10-7. He and his partner Lars Olson also won 8-2 in doubles play. Saturday against Morningside College (Iowa), he had an easier time in a 6-0, 6-2 No. 1 singles victory. He and partner Olson again won 8-2 at No.1 doubles against Morningside while also picking up an 8-4 win against Wartburg earlier in the day.

David Stingley, Sophomore, St. Paul, Minn./Highland Park
Stingley went undefeated on the weekend, winning three singles matches and three doubles matches. Friday against Ripon College, he won 6-3, 6-1 at No. 3 singles and had an 8-3 No. 2 doubles win. Against Simpson on Saturday, he picked up a No. 5 singles victory, 6-3, 6-0, and won 8-3 in the No. 2 doubles spot. In the last competition on Saturday against Concordia, he won 6-2, 6-2 at No. 3 singles while winning 8-4 in the No. 2 doubles spot.
Bryan Yanagita, Freshman, Minneapolis, Minn./South
Facing three opponents this weekend, Yanagita won all of his matches. Friday against Ripon College, he won 6-0, 6-0 in the No. 4 singles spot while picking up a No. 2 doubles win, 8-3. Against Simpson on Saturday, he had a 6-0, 6-0 at No. 6 singles and picked up an 8-3 win at No. 2. He also won 6-1, 6-0 at No. 5 singles against Concordia and also won 8-4 in the No. 2 doubles spot.

Robertson went undefeated this weekend, competing at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles. Helping the Blugolds to a 9-0 win over Northwestern College (Minn.), he won in the No. 1 singles spot 6-2, 6-3. He and his partner Chris Thornton also defeated their opponents 9-8 (7-3) at No. 1 doubles.
Ryan Vande Linde, Freshman, Eau Claire, Wis./Memorial
Vande Linde won four matches this weekend as the Blugolds beat two opponents on the road. On Friday against St. Norbert, which the Blugolds beat 8-1, he won 6-0, 6-1 at No. 6 singles while he and his partner Florent Marco won 8-6 at No. 3 doubles. Facing Lawrence University on Saturday, the Blugolds won 9-0. Vande Linde picked up a No. 6 singles win 6-0, 6-1 and also won 8-0 in the No. 3 doubles spot.

Olson went undefeated on the weekend, picking up two No. 2 singles wins and two No. 1 doubles victories. The Blugolds also shutout their opponents, Bethel University (Minn.) and MSOE, winning 9-0 against both. Facing Bethel first, Olson lost just three games in singles play in a 6-2, 6-1 victory. He and his partner Chris Kuna also picked up an 8-3 in doubles play. Against MSOE, he won 6-4, 6-2 in singles play and won 8-2 in doubles competition.

Wollum was undefeated this weekend, picking up two singles' victories and two doubles' wins. At No. 3 singles, he won 6-4, 6-0 over his St. Cloud opponent while recording a 6-2, 2-6, 10-7 win at No. 3 singles against St. Olaf. He also won at No. 2 doubles with his partner Dirk Van Rybroek, defeating the St. Cloud opponents 9-7 and the St. Olaf opponents 8-3. As a team, the Blugolds beat St. Cloud 6-3 and St. Olaf 7-2.

Kuna went undefeated over the weekend, picking up one No. 1 singles win and two No. 1 doubles wins. At No. 1 singles against Coe College, he picked up a 7-5, 6-3 win. He and his partner Lars Olson also won the No. 1 doubles competition, 9-7. Facing St. Ambrose, he and partner Lars Olson won the No. 1 doubles competition 8-5.
